Standing Order

Playing the lottery is easy; all you need to do is set up a standing order from your bank account.

 Option 1.

Please print out and complete the mandate here, you can pay £4.34 monthly, £13 per quarter, £26 half yearly or £52 annually, whichever you prefer. Send the completed mandate to Pembrokeshire Lottery at:

 We will process your registration, and you will receive your allocated number and confirmation of your entry within fourteen days.

Option 2.

If you have a banking app, you don’t need to fill in a form to join. Just message us at Pembs Lottery on Facebook or ring 01646 690800 and we’ll give you all the info you’ll need to set it up yourself. Please note, you must contact us to get your reference number before setting up your standing order.

Salary Deductions

A number of employers in Pembrokeshire kindly run salary deduction schemes for us. Please go to our Salary Deductions page to see if your employer runs a scheme.

Cheque

If you prefer to pay by cheque, we ask that you pay a minimum of £26 and send to the address above with your completed application form click here to download.
