Standing Order

 

Playing the lottery is easy; all you need to do is set up a standing order from your bank account.

 

Please print out and complete the mandate here, you can pay £4.34 monthly, £13 per quarter, £26 half yearly or £52 annually, whichever you prefer. Send the completed mandate to Pembrokeshire Lottery at:

We will process your registration, and you will receive your allocated number and confirmation of your entry within fourteen days.

Salary Deductions

A number of employers in Pembrokeshire kindly run salary deduction schemes for us. Please go to our Salary Deductions page to see if your employer runs a scheme.

Cheque

If you prefer to pay by cheque, we ask that you pay a minimum of £26 and send to the address above with your completed application form click here to download.
